The space
Trough the olive trees on the drive way, you entry this beautiful place.
When you enter this bright villa, you will find a spacious open plan living room with big lounge and dining space with sliding doors to the a gigantic terrace overlooking the whole Loulé area.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. A separate guest toilet and the pantry with holds washing facilities and storage.

Two separate hallways gives you access, to all three spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double, luxury bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and double sink.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a small desk and separate bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The third bedroom has a double bed and separate bathroom with bath and shower, toilet, bidet and sink

In all three bathrooms you will find plenty of clean towels.
The natural daylight makes the bedrooms fresh and clean. Air conditioning is in every room throughout the villa for cooling or heating and all rooms have electric shutters.

The bright living room of 70 m2 will give you all the space you need, to entertain your guests. A sitting area with lounge couches with TV, sound system and big dining area to eat or work from during your stay. Even from inside you can enjoy the beautiful wide views.

The fully fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and in the pantry a washing machine and dryer, will give you everything, you are used to in your own home.
Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for your family or friends.

At the beautiful terrace you can relax at the big lounge. Enjoying a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde in the late afternoon under partly covered terrace.

Entrance for guests
When you enter the main gate of this villa you will find a beautiful garden with separate parking spaces next to the house for multiple cars. The entire garden is fences.

Because the villa is in the hillside we recommend a car.
Other things to be aware of
Please note that this villa is not rented to groups of young people ( 30+) and events or parties may only take place with the express permission of the owner.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed.
The pool is not lifted and can be a small hazard for small children.
