The holiday home is equipped with internet and a beautiful communal swimming pool. There are beautiful views of the pool, the surrounding hills or the sea.
Faro Airport can be reached within 35 minutes.
A well stocked supermarket is within walking distance (note: hill involved!) Golfing, several restaurants and bars are in the area.
The space
Park your car under the carport and enter this beautiful townhouse in a gated apartment.
You will be surprised by the split-level layout, which gives a feeling of space and light.
On the ground flour you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, TV, small stereo and dining area. Outside the sliding doors is a comfortable terrace with awning overlooking the condo pool and the sea in the distance.
On the terrace you can enjoy a nice breakfast or a romantic candlelight dinner in the morning.
The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, American double fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine ) ensures all the comfort you need for preparing family meals.
A small patio adjacent to the kitchen and guest toilet complete this floor.
The second floor consisted of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, TV and a private bathroom with double walk-in shower. On the balcony you can read a good book or enjoy the evening sun and a spectacular view with your glass of vinho verde or port wine.

Day trips to the beautiful Benagil Caves, the historic town of Silves or Faro or a drive through the mountains of Monchique are recommended.
In the Algarve there are plenty of sporting opportunities: golf, surfing, paddleboarding, walking on one of the many spectacular coastal walks. You can always relax on one of the many beautiful beaches with your family.

As the townhouse is located in the hills, a car is highly recommended.
Inside the closed condo you can park your car in front of the house or under the carport. There is a bus stop just around the corner that will take you to the marina or the old town.
Within the Albufeira area, you can easily find local buses, taxis, affordable Übers or TukTuks to cover short distances.

In the swimming pool, there are rules that must be followed at all times.
The opening hours are from 22:00 to 9:00.
The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside of this period, this tax will be deducted. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
