It is located on a typical Portuguese square close to popular towns like Albufeira and Vilamoura and just a 25-minute drive from Faro Airport.

In the square itself you will find a supermarket, tourist shops and plenty of restaurants and bars.

The space
Enter the flat and feel the luxury of your own home.
The flat has a large 30 m2 terrace that is partly covered. This allows you to enjoy the sun all day. Enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning sun or a romantic candlelit dinner. On the lounge sofa you can relax in the cushions with a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde.

You will find a modern bright living room with seating area with TV.
A fully equipped kitchen equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and a breakfast bar for four. Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket downstairs, for yourself and your fellow travellers.
Through a sliding door, you step out onto the lovely large terrace. Sit back and watch all the people go to the beach.

The luxurious master bedroom comes with a box spring, bedding and large wardrobe gives you a true hotel feel. There are reading lights on the bedside tables, so you can enjoy reading a book in bed

There is a large spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Here you will also find plenty of clean towels. There is also a second smaller bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can make a double and small wardrobe.

The flat has air conditioning for cooling and heating.

Other things to consider
Please note that the flat is located on a village square, in the heart of the community. In the hot summer night, people stand in the street, talking to each other and dining or having a drink in one of the restaurants/bars below.

Albufeira City Council levies a tourist tax for the period from 1 April to 31 October of €2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be withheld. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
