A short distance away you will find supermarkets, tourist shops and plenty of nice restaurants and bars.

The space
When you arrive at this condo you feel the space and luxury. Drive down to your private parking space in the garage, below the flat and take the lift to your holiday flat on the ground floor.

As you enter the beautifully bright flat, the hallway gives you direct access to the spacious, bright living room with a large modern kitchen.

This fully equipped kitchen has everything you can imagine, including a cooker, oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine. The great breakfast bar will be a place for your guests or family to have a seat while preparing breakfast.

The sitting area with TV and the terrace that you enter through the sliding doors will give you breathtaking views of the harbour area and the Atlantic Ocean.
On the partially covered patio, you can enjoy a nice dinner or sip a glass of vinho do Porto in the afternoon with your guests or family.

The master bedroom has a double king-size luxury bed for the true hotel feel, built-in wardrobes and a private spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can double and separate spacious bathroom with sink and bath with shower. A separate toilet completes it all.

You will find plenty of clean towels in both bathrooms.

The whole flat has air conditioning for cooling and heating, electric shutters and a well-equipped WIFI-INTERNET.

Next to the terrace there is a beautiful landscaped garden, which you can use for sunbathing and gives you direct access to the condominium pool just around the corner.

Surroundings

The flat is located at the top of a hill, with spectacular views around and full sea views.
Albufeira marina in front of you and at night the hundreds of lights make it a landscape to enjoy your glass of vinho verde.
Within walking distance there is the old centre of Albufeira with all its shops, bars and nice restaurants.

The beautiful beaches Praia dos Pescadores or Praia de São Rafael are just a few minutes' drive away.
Even as places like Olhos de Agua, Armação de Pêra or the luxurious port of Vilamoura.

Nearby, you will find the finest golf courses the Algarves has to offer, such as Pine Cliff Golf resort, Salgados golf or Dom Pedro golf.

Day trips to the beautiful Benagil caves, the historic city of Silves or Faro are all worthwhile. The flat will give you, the holiday you want and need, with all the luxuries you have at home.
Guest access
From Faro Airport, you can easily rent a car or book a reliable transfer, such as Uber.

Within Albufeira, you can easily find local buses, taxis or TukTuks to cover short distances.

Smoking only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed
There are rules in the swimming pool that must be followed at all times.

The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from 1 April to 31 October of €2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be withheld. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
