The luxuriously furnished, spacious flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a very large outdoor terrace, overlooking the beautiful swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday for a couple or small family.
The space
You enter this beautiful, spacious and bright flat through an entrance lobby, from where three doors lead to the bathroom, bedroom and living room area.
The modern bathroom has a bathtub, a shower over the bath and a glass screen instead of a shower curtain. There is also a sink, a toilet and a bidet.
The bedroom is spacious by any standards, with a luxurious king-size bed, a superior quality indoor mattress, a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (cooling and heating) with sliding doors leading to a large outdoor terrace.
The modern open-plan living room is equally spacious, with a dining area, a separate, modern kitchen and a sitting area, which also serves as an extra sleeping area, in case extra guests or children need to use the sofa bed (converts into a full double bed, 140 cm x 200 cm). The living room has a large Smart TV with more than20 channels, as well as a Bose Bluetooth speaker. The living room has air conditioning (cooling and heating). From the sitting area, sliding doors lead to the large outdoor terrace. The flat is located on the first floor, overlooking the gardens and the spectacular swimming pool. The first-floor location adds extra security for parents travelling with small children, as the pool is not directly accessible from the patio. Due to the generous size of the patio, it easily serves as a second living/dining room space during the summer months.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine. There is also a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, an electric orange squeezer, a hand blender and an electric mixer. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, pots, pans, oven dishes, storage bins, etc. There is glassware for every occasion, including glasses of wine, beer, gin, champagne, martinis, port, etc. Crockery and cutlery are all of superior quality.
In the pool area you will find a huge, sparkling clean pool, with a separate children's pool adjacent to the main pool. Armchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. We supply beach towels to our guests for use at the beach and poolside.
The entire apartment complex is set in large, fully fenced gardens, with plenty of free on-site parking. Access to the complex is via a remote-controlled motor vehicle gate, or via a locked pedestrian access gate.
From the marina, it is easy to explore Albufeira's old town and offers easy access to many beautiful beaches, as well as walks along the famous spectacular Algarve Mesozoic limestone cliffs.
Longer stays, such as a remote working holiday, are made easy with high-speed internet access.
