Take a dip in the pool right outside your terrace or walk to the beautiful Praia Dos Pescadores for a relaxing beach day.
A short walk takes you into the old town with a scale of quaint Portugues restaurants. Parking is always available in the garage.

The space
Upon entering this spacious, tastefully decorated flat, you will find two large bedrooms with electric shutters and aircons.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and a private full bathroom with a double bath, a tilet, a sink and a bidet.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be made up as doubles with a separate bathroom in the main hallway.

The bright living room with seating area has TV and WIFI.
The reading corner and dining area offer more than enough space for everyone.

Through the sliding doors you have an open terrace at the front with direct access to the swimming pool that also offers sunbeds and umbrellas for your comfort.

Around the corner a more private terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun or afternoon shade.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, full fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric juicer, toaster, pots, pans, top-quality crockery and cutlery.

You can easily cook your own meals in this equipped kitchen.

This flat is located on the thoroughfare of the marina, making it easy to get to and from public transport.
Guest access
Guests have the whole flat to themselves with a private entrance and a parking space in a gated car park.
Other things to watch out for
No youth groups allowed
No party of events without express permission from the owner or manager
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed
There are rules in the swimming pool that must be followed at all times.
The pool is fenced but not guarded. It can therefore be a safety issue for small children, without swimming skills.
Opening hours are from 10pm to 9am.

Albufeira municipality levies a tourist tax for the period from 1 April to 31 October of €2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be withheld. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
