Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing buyers' needs, preferences, and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your area. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and local networks.
  • Geographical Area Management: Take responsibility for an allocated geographical area within the Algarve. Develop an in-depth understanding of the local market, including property values, trends, and key locations.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads within your allocated area by networking, attending local events, and utilizing online and offline marketing tools. Follow up adequately with allocated leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.
  • Listing Opportunities: Identify and secure new property listings within your area. Build a strong portfolio of properties by reaching out to potential sellers, offering expert advice, and negotiating listing agreements.
  • Property Management: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings, provide accurate information, and negotiate terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current national market trends, local market trends, property values, and local developments in the Algarve. Offer expert advice to clients based on market insights and data.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices. Share oportunities from your area with the team and buddy-up to enhance sales oportunities. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Present oneself in a well-dressed, polished manner that reflects the company's image.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an estate agent, preferably with a focus on the Algarve region.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “go-getter” approach.
    • Excellent communicative skills, both verbal and written.
    • Active listening skills and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
    • Proven sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Well-dressed and polished appearance.
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
    • Result-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals.
