This modern and spacious flat, which is within walking distance from the famous strip, the old centre of Albufeira or the beautiful beaches like Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia.( NO GROUPS ALLOWED)

It is located in the centre of Albufeira, in a condo with swimming pools, reception and garage for your car and just a 30-minute drive from Faro airport.
Around the flat itself you will find a supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Your host speaks Dutch, English, German and some Portuguese

The space
When you enter this beautiful fully renovated flat you feel the luxury and space.

The large corridor gives you access to both bedrooms, the second bathroom, the living room and the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a double bed, luxurious bed for the real hotel feel, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite spacious bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. Here you will also find plenty of clean towels.

The second bedroom has a double bed, luxury bed, built-in wardrobe also has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Both have sliding doors to the south-facing terrace.

The modern and bright living room of 35 m2 gives you all the space you need to entertain your guests. A dining area and sitting area with TV and wifi.
Here, too, you will find a large terrace with access to the pool. On the sunbeds you can relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde.

The fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and also a washing machine, gives you the luxury you are used to in your own home.
Why compromise while on holiday?

Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travellers.

You can enjoy the sun all day on the large south-facing terrace. Enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning sun or lie on your own deck chairs with a nice glass of Portuguese wine. This is also a perfect playground for children as it is fully enclosed.

Guests will have the whole flat to themselves.

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace
No pets allowed
There are rules in the swimming pool that must be followed at all times.
The swimming pool is not guarded.
Opening hours are from 10pm to 9am.

Albufeira municipality levies a tourist tax for the period from 1 April to 31 October of €2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be withheld. This amount will be settled before the reservation is finally accepted by us.
